The Peacock candleholder is a cute and colorful decoration piece.

The glass portion of the peacock candleholder is able to fit small tealight candles. I prefer using the battery tealight candles. Real candles tend to make the glass get hot and difficult to clean out.

The color on the glass is very pretty and fits my color theme well.

The candleholder is very top heavy from the glass. It sits well on a flat surface. I would recommend keeping the candleholder away from a counter edge, a table that gets bumped, away from kids reach, and away from pets.

The stem looks cheap compared to the glass holder. I'm not a big fan of the leaves. They've very thin and easy to bend. If bent too far, they could break.

Pros:

- Leaves are easily bent and can be broken

Kahn Decor Candle Holder

I received the Kahn Decor Candle Holder with Romantic Love Quote through a promotion.

The Kahn Decor Candle Holder is an adorable addition to most decor themes or styles. The holder works well as a centerpiece, on an end table or shelf, or any other location. The silver looking holder will reflect the nearby colors that helps make it match the current decor.

The decor candle holder is made of durable glass that's engraved with the love quote. The glass is thick and made in a way that it won't get broken easily. The glass on the bottom for example is thick and sturdy. It's well balanced and lays flat on the surface it's put on.

There's three sides that has the love quote engraved into the glass. On one of the sides, the "Love" was faded and difficult to see. The other three sides had the entire quote easily read and seen. The reflective silver on the holder can make it difficult to read in bright lighting. If there's a candle inside the holder, the quote can be seen in any lighting. It looks best in darker areas because the candles create a warm glow with this holder and makes the words pop.

The quote, "Love is just a world until someone comes along and gives it meaning," is very cute. It's romantic, true, and very relate-able. The quote does not have to be relating to a romantic relationship. The quote can stand true for families or any other relationship where one loves and cares of another.

The outside of the glass tends to get a lot of fingerprints on the glass. The glass can easily be wiped off and cleaned. 

The inside of the holder is large enough to hold a tealight or other small candles. I prefer using flameless LED like candles. They're less messy and I don't have to worry about flames or heat in this holder or in my room. 

Pros:

Cons:

- Gets fingerprints on glass (but can be cleaned/wiped off easily)

- "Love" was faded on one side

Glass Water Bottle

I received the Glass Water Bottle through a promotion.

The glass water bottle is a great sized water bottle. It's one of the few glass water bottles I own. Usually, I have a metal or plastic water bottle. This glass water bottle helps reduce the amount of plastics that can end up in the trash or landfills. Since the bottle contains no plastic or metal, there is no BPAs or PBs and no plastic or metallic tastes. 

I was worried that the glass of the water bottle would break. I was pleased to see that the glass is thick than I thought it would be, so it helps prevent the glass from breaking or being overly fragile. The silicone sleeve also helps protect the glass if it's knocked with something else or keeping it from sliding. The silicone does make it easy that the bottle can be knocked over, but it helps protect the glass from breaking or leaking. 

The lid is tough to open to get to the water spout. There's a silicone piece that fits snug in the water spout to help keep this bottle leak-proof. I tried to fill the water bottle with some water and shaking it. The seal held well. 

The lid can be screwed off easily for cleaning or filling up the water bottle. To clean, the water bottle is easy. Soap and water works, and the bottle is dishwasher safe. 

The silicone handle works well to carry the bottle. There's enough room to stick your hand in the silicone handle and not have it slip. The handle can be removed, which does take a bit of effort. There's little clips the handle has to be removed from, which the silicone fits snuggly in those clips. 

This bottle is nice to use and to clean.

i-Design Aviator Sunglasses

I received the i-Design ID1004 ultra light rectangular aviator sunglasses through a promotion.

The sunglasses come in a very nice sunglass case and bag to help protect the sunglasses. The box is great for storing the sunglasses. The box is magnetized to keep it shut. The bag is a draw-string style bag. Also, it comes with a cleaning cloth for the lenses.

The lenses is shaped and styled like the aviator sunglasses. The sunglasses are a black darkened look that is non-polarized. The lenses help protect the eyes from uva, uvb, uvc, and harmful blue-lights. These lenses are not scratch proof.

The rubber on the nose and earpieces are comfortable and fit well.

The screwless designed is new to me. It's a nice idea, but you can hear the stainless steel edges rubbing together. To me, it's an annoying sound, not as bad as nails on a chalkboard. This screwless design could cause skin or small fingers to get pinched between the folds. It can also catch and pull on hair. The stainless edges on the arms is rounded, but the edges on the frames where the bend or fold is with the arms is a bit rough or sharp.

The stainless steel frames are very thin. They may be shatterproof, but they can still bend. If bent too far for too long, the frames does get stuck that way, especially the ear pieces.

How far these sunglasses bend does worry me. I wouldn't recommend allowing a child or anyone to play with these sunglasses if they're going to bend them. I'm afraid they could actually break.

I've had several people ask me to see these sunglasses, and they're first reactions once they felt the lightweight frames were that they were "cheap" because of how light and bendable they were.

Hand Painted Wine Glasses

I received these Hand Painted Wine Glasses by Valentina Paris through a promotion.

The first thing I noticed when I took the wine glasses out of their box was how tall they were. These wine glasses are bigger and taller than ones I normally use.

The narrow stem made me a little nervous at first. It doesn't seem as sturdy or durable than other wine glasses I've tried. It's not a glass I would use around kids or pets that could knock it over. The glass seems fragile due to how thin on the stem, base, and the actual cup part.

The glass did have it's imperfections. There were some air bubbles that was in the glass and in the paint. The air bubbles are not that noticeable unless you look closely. They were all fairly small and far apart. For them being mouth blown, I'm not surprised that there's some small air bubbles within the glass. The bubbles don't affect how well the glass can be used. The bubbles are all sealed or deeper in the glass where you don't feel it on either side.

The rim of the glass also has it's issues. It's not fully flat. There are some spots where the rim of the glass dips down. It's hardly noticeable. I didn't notice it until several uses in. I was spinning the cup around when drying it and found that there was a few spots where the rim wasn't even with the rest of the glass. The rim is smooth. There's no sharp edges to the glass, so it's still safe to drink from or use.

The painting, color, and pattern is fun. I love how the wine glasses look. The painting doesn't have any edges or indents that make the wine glass hard to clean. I prefer using soap and water to ensure that the wine glass is fully clean.

I don't like drinking out of these wine glasses because they are so large. They're too beautiful to put away. I prefer using them as decorations, whether to store items like pebbles or flame-less candles.

DownIT Skull Shot Glass

I received the DownIt Skull Shot Glass through a promotion.

I always thought the designed shot glasses, like the ones with the skull in them, were neat and fun. I hadn't expected the DownIt Skull Shot Glass to be made with a thick glass base. Even at the brim, the glass is thick. 

The thickness of the glass makes me comfortable knowing that the shot glass isn't going to break easily or shatter. I dropped it a few inches onto the counter, not even a scratch or crack formed. The glass is durable.

I found no imperfections with the glass or the skull. It was designed quite well. 

The only issue I found with the DownIt Skull Shot Glass is that the skull part of the shot glass, especially near the teeth, can be hard to clean. There's lots a little indents where dried liquid could get stuck. A clear, runny liquid like vodka wouldn't get too stuck in that area when it dries. Milkier or thicker liquid could be harder to clean. As long as the shot glass is rinsed out while the liquid is still wet, it should be okay and pretty easy to clean.

KOVOT XL Wine Glass

I received the the KOVOT XL Wine Glass through a promotion.

The KOVOT XL Wine Glass is one of the biggest wine glasses I've seen or own. The company is joking with their discription that the XL wine glass can hold an entire 750 mL wine bottle and still have room for more. The size makes the wine glass fun and great for using as a decoration.

On the down side, the glass of the wine glass seems fragile. It's not one I'd have sitting on a table, counter, etc. where a child could reach it or get knocked over. The glass at the bowl of the cup is thin. It's not the sturdiest wine glass.

The base of the wine glass is thicker and more stable. There's no wobble to the wine glass. It sits flat. There were a bit of air bubbles or roughness to the glass at the base of mine. It's not enough to cut you, but when I scraped my nail over it, it wore down my nail and made it sharp. 

This is a wine glass I prefer to use as a decorative piece or to hold other items, like candy or favorite mementos. I'm not enough of a wine drinker or alcohol drinker to use this as an actual drinking glass.

Top it Off Wine Stoppers

 I received the Eco Friendly Top it Off Wine Stoppers through a promotion.

When I first saw these wine stoppers, I wasn't sure how well they would work. I figured they would help close or provide a type of lid for the wine bottles or bottles with similar tops. I just wasn't sure if they would really provide an air-tight seal and prevent leaking.

The product feels like it is made out of a nice quality silicone. It feels durable and sturdy, like it won't break out several uses. The wine stoppers are dishwasher safe, so they're easy to clean. The top of the wine stopper has a wider edge on two of the sides. It makes it easier to grab and pull up on to reopen the wine bottle. There's not much struggle with it like a cork. Perhaps just a little wiggling to get it loosen from the bottle. 

The inside of the wine stoppers have a groove at the very top where the lip of the glass bottles can fit into. This is what helps provide it with the air-tight seal and leak protection. If you press the stopper all the way down on top of the bottle, the lip of the bottle will fit in the grooves. The groove seems to fit the glass bottles perfectly, like it was a costume fit to them. 

The wine stoppers are too tall to fit on plastic soda bottles or water bottles. It would pop off if squeezed because it doesn't fit down tightly on those types of bottles.

Not to mention that the sayings are absolutely perfect! The sayings bring a smile to my face. It makes me feel lighter and happier, especially after a long day.

Go Away Coffee Mug

I received the Go Away Funny Glass Coffee Mug through a promotion with Got Me Tipsy.

I wasn't sure how well the mug would be made since it was a glass coffee mug. I'm not used to using glass coffee mugs, most I use is ceramic. Although, I have gotten glassware from Got Me Tipsy before and they were made very well. 

When the package came, the mug was well protected. 

The glass on the coffee mug seemed thick and heavy duty. The rip to the mug was at least 1 cm thick. The handle is also made of glass and is thick and solid. It wasn't hollow. I even shook the coffee mug while holding onto the handle and it withstand that test.There were no chips or imperfections that I could find. The glass mug was very well made. 

The lettering and sayings on the mug are cute. The first line (at the top) says "Go away", then "Not Yet," and at the bottom it says "How can I help you?" It reminds me of my mood in the morning.

I was worried that the glass coffee mug would get hot after awhile with coffee or hot chocolate in it, but it only warmed up the glass slightly. It was still safe to touch. 

It's a very nice sized mug and well made.

Francois et Mimi 50oz Glass French Press

I received the Francois et Mimi 50oz Glass French Press through a promotion.

When I received the product, I was surprised and a little concerned with how little there was for packaging. The amazon box fit tightly to the French Coffee Press box. Inside that box was a thin layer of bubble wrap. I'm very surprised that the glass on the coffee press didn't break. 

The coffee press worked nicely.

To use, the lid, pump, and mesh needs to come out. They come out together in one motion. The coffee grounds or tea leaves goes into French Coffee Press. Heat up water to a boil. Pour the water onto the grounds or tea leaves and leave sit for five minutes. You may put the lid, filter, and pump back onto the coffee press, but do not pump it yet. After five minutes are up, pump several times. Then it's good to drink.

Directions can also be found on the outside of the French Coffee Press box.

The micro-mesh filter helps keep the coffee grounds or tea leaves out of your cup when you pour it. It worked very well to keep them out the times I've used it.

The coffee press is easy to clean with how it comes apart. It can be cleaned in a dishwasher or by hand.

"What Night?" Funny Wine Glass

First thing I noticed when I received this product was that it was well packaged. I've received glassware products before that were broken and shattered due to lack of packaging. This one was packaged very well! You could tell the company cares about their product. It was wrapped within 3 or 4 sheets of bubble wrap, then in a box, then wrapping with amazon air packing, and in an amazon box. I was pleased with how well it was packaged.

I had thought when I first got approved and ordered this product that the glass would be thin, breakable, and cheap. I am extremely pleased to be wrong. The glass is nice and thick. It's very well made. There is a slight wobble at the bottom when the glass is sitting down and empty, but it's not a big enough wobble to become a problem or cause any issues. 

I love the saying on the wine glass. It's cute. I love the line marking the best though, which is with the sayings. I don't like alcohol straight, even wine. I usually mix mine with soda to give a different flavor, less bitter. I use the line markings to measure how much alcohol (wine or flavored vodka) with the "Good Night" marking. I then add soda until it reaches the "What Night" marking. It makes the perfect mix for me. 

This came in handy on the nights class work (homework) was driving me nuts. 

The wine glass is also very easy to wash. The glass is dishwasher safe. The lettering/markings don't come off in the dishwasher with the number of times I've used it. It also is easy to wash in the sink due to the wide opening at the top.

This has become my favorite wine glass to use.
