These bendy hair rollers work better than I expected them to. 

The set has 42 various sized rollers. They cant different styles or sizes of curls. The amount of hair placed on each roller can also change the look of the curls. 

The rollers work best when put in wet hair and the hair is allowed to dry with the rollers in. No heat is needed to do so. 

When the rollers are in, hair can look a mess or funny. If the rollers are not bent in half where the hair is, the roller can slip from the original place it's rolled up to. 

The rollers are very flexible. They're lightweight, but not comfortable enough to sleep in. 

Taking the rollers out takes less time than putting them in. Hair spray may be needed to get the curls to keep. 

The rollers can create bouncy and wavy curls. I prefer using the smaller rollers, although it takes more to do all my hair.

Scarlet Detangler & Black Satin Paddle Brush

I received the Scarlet Detangler and Black Satin Paddle Brush through a promotion.

The design and appearance of the Black Satin Paddle Brush and Scarlet Detangler looks very professional and clean. The both feel nice in my hands when holding them due to the soft grip. They fit very comfortably in my grip. 

Compared to some of the other detangler brushes I've used, the Satin Detangler goes through my hair better and easier to get out tangles. It doesn't pull as much as others I have tried. It's also not as hollow as some of the others I've used. It feels like a better quality. 

On the down side, the Black Satin Paddle Brush seemed to be squished or flattened when I received it. I can pop it back up, but during use, it'll collapse back down. It's makes it harder to get through my long hair because it'll catch or make it difficult to get out tangles without pulling or tearing out my hair.

The first thing I did when I received the Thermafuse Uphold Hair Spray was spray it in the hair to see how the smell was. There was hardly any smell to it at all. It was a very light typical hair spray smell. It was pleasant. 

I also sprayed it on my hand before I tried using it to see how sticky it felt. The hair spray left my skin feeling tight, but it did not leave my hand feeling sticky.

With actually trying the product in my hair, it didn't really add volume, but it did help keep my hair in place. It last for at least six hours or longer. I lost track after the six hours pasted. It left my hair looking shiny, but not greasy or oily. My hair didn't feel weighed down by this hair spray. It was easy to comb through to get the appearance I wanted. There was also no flakes with this hair spray when I sprayed it about a foot away from my hair.

I'm not sure if this hair spray really holds up in extreme humidity, since the weather had not been overly humid when I was testing this product. It did last with mild humidity though.

My hair tends to be dry towards the end and get split ends. It usually gets damaged when I'm brushing it. 

First time I tried this product, it was with normal washing of my hair. The products smelled really good. The shampoo didn't lather much, but it did spread easily throughout my long hair. The conditioner went in smoothly and felt very nice. The shampoo and conditioner felt light in my hair. It didn't weigh my hair down or make it feel funny. It didn't leave my hair as soft as my normal shampoo and conditioner. 

The second time I used the product, I had gone swimming. This could have caused chemical damage to my hair. The first thing I noticed was that the shampoo went in my hair easier after I went swimming compared to what my normal shampoo does after swimming. The conditioner also helped make my hair feel nicer. After swimming, the shampoo and conditioner by Arvazallia performed better than my normal shampoo and conditioner. 

Over time, I noticed I was getting less split ends and my hair felt healthier. 

The Argan Oil Mask works great to help make brushing my hair easier, to get the tangles out without pulling my hair and breaking it. If I put it near my scalp, my hair looks greasy. If I put it near my ends, where my problem area is, the oil mask works great and leaves my hair shiny.

There's three things I noticed at first when I received this product...

First, I noticed how soft the microfiber towel was. I was confident it'd be gentle on my hair as well as feel good to the touch. The stitching doesn't look too bad either. In time, I will see how well or long it holds up. 

Second, I noticed the length. I wasn't sure how well it'd work or fit since I have long hair. The towel fit well. it was just a little tough to touch in the end to keep it from unrolling or falling off my head due to the weight of my long, wet hair. There was just a little piece of towel I was able to pull down far enough to tuck it in the back and get it to stay. 

Third, I noticed how light weight the towel was. Usually, the towels I have that are very absorbent are heavy and hurt my neck to wrap around my hair. This towel was very light weight, even after having it wrapped in my hair, it stayed being light weight. The water it absorbed didn't make it heavy. 

The towel was able to absorb a lot of moisture form my hair. My hair didn't drip water or feel as heavy after being towel dried like normal. Within the half hour to hour, my hair was able to air dry. Normally, it'd take over an hour to get my hair to air dry. 

By the next day, within 24 hours, the towel was dry again and ready to be used.

My only concern with this towel is that it's white. If someone has hair dye within their hair, it would rub off and possible stain the towel.

Professional Flat Iron Hair Straightener

When I first received the package containing the flat iron, I thought the flat iron would be bigger based on how big the box was. I was very pleased to find that the flat iron was smaller than I expected, which makes it very nice for traveling. It's also light weight. 

I was very impressed with the thermal bag, which allows you to put the flat iron into the heat resistant bag even with hot. This makes it great for having to put the flat iron away quickly without having to wait for the straightener to cool off. 

The cord is a perfect length to be able to able to do your hair without having to worry about accidentally unplugging the flat iron or having to stand super close to the mirror. 

I was a little worried about the on/off button being on the inside of the flat iron. I was afraid I'd burn myself when trying to shut off the straightener. 

After I tried using it, I found it was easy to turn off with how far away the button was to the flat iron. It's also easy to slide.

My favorite part about the flat iron is the temp control. There's a ten gear temperature control selection that allows you to choose between 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

There's a red blinking light (it didn't show up in pictures) that indicate what the desired temp you have it set as. There's a second blinking light to indicate what temp it is currently at. Then red lights will fill up the selections up to the temp you have it selected at as it heats up.

This flat iron can heat up very quickly, which had me very impressed and shocked. I was not expecting how quickly it'd work.

Another thing I like about the temperature control on this flat iron, is that if you selected a temp too high the first time, you can easily lower the temp selection and the flat iron will cool off while in use!

Deluxe Pet Grooming Brush

I received the Deluxe Pet Grooming Brush by Ramini Brands through a promotion.

The brush has a nice heavy duty handle and top. It wasn't too heavy that would harm the pet or hurt to hold onto it for awhile. It wasn't too light either. It felt good to hang onto.

The bristles were hard and pokey. As long as you don't press down too hard, it shouldn't hurt the dog or cat.

My dogs usually don't like hard, metal bristle. They didn't freak out over it as badly as they have other metal bristle brushes. There's enough space between the bristles to make it easier to groom the pet.

The four year old dog didn't mind the brush. She enjoyed it as long as I didn't press down too hard. It moved a lot of loose hair and didn't pull or damage her fur. She enjoyed this brush more on her back and chest areas.

The puppy didn't enjoy this brush at all, but she acts that way towards most brushes or grooming tools.

It removed hair with ease and barely pulled on their fur. It removed tangles very well.

Bella & Bear Tweezers & Brush

The Pluckers

I received the Bella and Bear tweezer set "The Pluckers" through a promotion.

I enjoyed this tweezer set. 

The packaging and tweezers were a lovely color and design. They were fun, artsy, and feminine.

More importantly, the tweezer set worked great. Each tweezer in the set had it's edges line up perfectly, which allowed the tweezers to grab the hair, splinters, in-grown hair, etc, with ease. 

The Flat or Straight tweezers work great for hair removal. The slant tweezers are great for hair removal or splinter removal. The pointed tweezers are excellent for precision use of ingrown hair, single hairs, or splinters. 

The tweezers weren't too heavy, but they weren't cheapo or poorly made tweezers either. They were a nice quality for their price and value.

Brush on You Set

I received the Bella and Bear brush set "Brush on You Set" through the same promotion as the tweezers.

One of the brushes in the set I enjoyed, the other was poor quality. 

The bigger brush was hollowed on the inside and seemed like it was made of plastic. It was like a doll brush, not a brush for a person's hair. It works great if your hair is already brushed through and tangle free. Otherwise, it pulls and yanks on your hair, not fun. 

On the other hand, the smaller, flat brush (the comb) works great for detangling and brushing through wet hair. It's thicker and more heavy duty than the other brush. The combs are bigger with more space in between to make it easy to glide through wet hair.

Review:

First thing I noticed about the shampoo is that it smells like oranges or citrus. At least, that's what it reminded me of. It wasn't too strong, but it wasn't exactly a light smell either. 

I like that the shampoo is all natural and organic. It made me feel save knowing that there was no harmful chemicals or other products that could be in there. My hair is important to me. 

The shampoo didn't really lather or soap up much in my hair. It did make it feel dry like it removed some of the natural oils in my hair, but it didn't make it overly dry like some shampoos do. 

The shampoo was very easy to wash out of my hair. It did leave my hair feeling heavy, which isn't the best when you have long hair already that gets heavy.

Conditioner

Review:

I could smell the coconut oil, oatmeal, and citric acid in the conditioner. The smell was lighter than the shampoo and was pleasant. 

With longer hair, I needed more conditioner per use. It helped make my hair shiny and washed out well. 

I liked that the conditioner was all organic and natural. My hair is important to me, so I don't want to use any harmful chemicals on it if I don't have to.

On the down side, it left my hair feeling heavier than normal. It was also harder to brush through when wet compared to when I use my normal conditioner. 

Although, this conditioner is better than some of the store bought brands I've tried in the past. It just doesn't compare to the salon conditioner I already use.

Rose Hip Oil by Yumi Beautiful

I've tried using rose hip oil before, which wasn't from Yumi Beautiful, and I wasn't impressed. I decided to try to give this rose hip oil a try. It worked much better than the previous one I've used.

I'm not a big fan of oily products on my skin, so I don't usually put it on my face and skin. I did try it once though, and it brought more color to my skin tone. It also hydrated my face well. 

I prefer using this product on my nails and hair. On my nails, I usually put on drop on my nail and spread it around with another finger. My nails are shiner and feel stronger after applying it. 

After applying it to my nails, I usually have the oil on my fingers, so I run them through the ends of my hair. It helps hold the ends together. It looks less brittle and split-ends are not as notice-able. 

I'll sometimes put a drop of the oil on the ends of my hair and use my brush to spread it around throughout my hair. I don't put it on the brush or on the top of my hair because the hair near my scalp tends to get oily, while my ends look dry. 

The rose hip oil adds a nice shine to my hair. It also hydrates it, helps keep frayed hair down, and reduces the appearance of split-ends.

Dr. Song Rosehip Oil

I received this Dr. Song Rosehip Oil as a promotional item on Tomoson.

I didn't really enjoy the feel of this product when it's first put on. It felt really oily for me. Obviously, it is oil. I've never been of fan of even lotion that leaves my skin feeling oily.

On the plus side, I could see the difference in the brightness or tone of my skin color. It brought out more color. It also made my face look smoother, like my pores weren't as big. It does well with moisturizing, without needing a lot of product.

I love that this product can be used on nails, scars, stretch marks, skin imperfections, damaged hair, etc.

Texture by Rusk

I got Texture by Rusk as a promotional item on Tomoson.

 I don’t always use hairspray, but I love trying different kinds. Usually, they leave my hair feeling stiff or sticky.

 I sprayed Texture in my hands just to see if it’d make them sticky. At first, it just felt like water or something wet in my hands. After about 30 seconds, my hands started to feel a bit stiff where I sprayed the hair spray, but it did not make my hands sticky at all.

 As normal, I sprayed the hairspray or “finishing spray” further away from my hair, so the spray would hit evenly, rather than juts one spot. It smelled really good.

 I could tell that my hair texture was different with using this spray. My hair wasn’t as soft, but not stiff like other hair sprays. I didn’t notice any added volume to my hair until I whiped my hair back and forth (yeah, I had to say that.)

 Texture by Rusk smells pleasant and added volume and texture to my hair. It didn’t leave it a sticky mess like some other hair sprays. My hair still had movement with this spray, which is great.
