Facial Cleaning Brush

I received the Facial Cleaning Brush by MIRA through a promotion.

I had not used a facial cleaning brush before I received this product. I was unsure of how well it would work, since I was not familiar with anything like this brush. I usually washed my face with my hands, cloth, or a sponge before trying this product.

The facial cleaning brush does require 2 AA batteries to allow the brush to spin when it's turned on. The battery case is snug enough to stay on, yet loose enough that you don't struggle trying to get it off. I'm not sure how well this device would be if used in the shower or if it got wet, since it does take batteries. It's better to be safe than sorry. 

The on button is the only button found on the device. It's in the front part and it's grey. It's easy to spot. The button didn't stick for me. It worked great.

The brush itself feels soft to the touch and is gentle on the face. I like to use some facial cleansers with it or just some water to help loosen things in the pores and clean my skin. Although, using the brush itself still leaves my skin feeling softer than it did before. I've noticed less blackheads since I've been using the brush. 

The brush part can be twisted off the device to clean if need be. It is a bit of a pain to get it back on and it line it up with where it goes. It took me a few tries to get the brush back on. 

The facial cleaning brush is light weight and easy to carry. The handle makes it a comfortable grip to hold the device. It's also easy to pack and take with you when traveling due to it's size, weight, and cover over the brush.

I never really thought of fitness, workouts, or exercising as a game to either challenge yourself or others. I've tried going to the gym or some workout videos or exercise programs. I never stuck with them for long because I didn't have the motivation there or they were boring to do alone.

The Strength Stack 52 exercise card game is great for challenging your friends by playing with the cards for different workouts. You can play games like war, with the person who draws the lowest does both exercises. You can also create your own exercise card games with the Strength Stack 52. For example, you could use it as a way to keep track of what exercising you've done during the week and keep score. Then try to beat that score the next week. 

There's weight loss and fitness cards. Majority of the cards are different and keeps you doing a different type of exercise or routine each time you use the cards.

The dice are a great part of the pack. Each side of the dice has a different type of workout to do. Each dice is color coded by skill level or how difficult the exercise is. The white dice can be used to tell you how many of the exercise to do, how many reps, or how long to do the exercise. The exercise card game can be as customized as you want it to be.

I love that each card has a description of how to do the exercise. Many of the exercises or workouts, I had not heard of before. The QR code to a video demonstrating each exercise is also helpful.

Pratipad Multipurpose Silicone Pot Holder

I received the Pratipad Multipurpose Silicone Pot Holders through a promotion.

I had never used silicone pot holders before I received this product, so I wasn't sure how well it would be able to withstand heat. 

I could tell when I first received the pot holders that they were extremely flexible. They were easy to bend, twist, and move around. They work perfectly for opening up jars. The honeycone pattern helps provide extra grip.

With how flexible the potholders are, they work great to grab pans and items out of the oven or freezer. It makes it easy to grip the pans without slipping due to the honeycone pattern and the flexibility. 

I was worried that if I set hot pans on top of these pot holders for long periods of time to protect counter tops that they would melt. I've done it at least five times in the last month where I've set a hot pan on top of the silicone pot holders. They never melted like I feared they would.

These pot holders are very durable, flexible, and protects you from the heat from pans or the chill of freezer items. 

They're super easy to wash by either rinsing them with soap and water or sticking them in the dishwasher.

I've used exercise bands in the past when I worked in a nursing home for stretching and physical therapy before, but I've never actually had any of my own for at home to use. 

The long exercise bands by URBNFit bands are made with a very nice latex rubber. It feels nice to the touch, yet it's also easy to grip and doesn't slip much when using the bands for workouts. They feel durable and could last a long while, even with being an accessory to workouts and rehabilitation. The door anchor makes it easy to catch and hold the edge of the door to help provide a solid surface and a different angle for workouts and stretches. 

The bands are generally light weight and easy to pack, so they can be taken along for traveling or going to the gym. The medium band is slightly heavier than the light band. The heavy band is slightly heavier than the medium band.

When I first started using the bands, I started with the light band, so I could work my way up. There wasn't much resistance there, but it was still enough to provide more of a stretch and work my muscles more than if I hadn't been using the band. I slowly worked my way up to the medium and heavy bands. The medium band is the one I prefer to work with. There's more resistance there than the light band, but not as much as the heavy band.

These bands work great as an accessory for working out, stretching, rehabilitation, and other exercise programs. It helps stretch and build up your muscles. They work great for using them on the legs, hips, back, arms, etc. I usually used them on my arms because I'm weaker there than in my legs and hips.

1000 Thread Cotton Pillowcases

I received a set of 2 1000 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton pillow cases through a promotion.

The color of the pillow cases I received was a tanish-orange. It's not a color I would have chosen myself because it doesn't match the colors in my room. It's a warm color and pleasant. 

The pillow cases are soft to the touch and feels wonderful, even after several washes. Washing the pillow cases are easy and the directions are clear. The pillow cases are recommended to be washed in cold water and tumble dry low to dry. 

The size of the pillow case fits well on a standard size pillow. It does leave some extra room, but it's not too much that it would be bothersome.

with the pillow case being made out of Egyptian Cotton, the case does absorb and keep in the heat more. It's not a pillow case I would use during the summer because it gets so warm out already and I like the temperature to be cool when I sleep. It's a perfect pillow case to use during the fall and winter.
