I really like how the acupressure tools set can all be packed into the carry bag. It keeps the different products or materials together to store or travel easily. The acupressure mat can be a little tough to get into the bag because of all the plastic pressure points getting stuck on the bag. It's easiest to put the mat back in the bag if the plastic pieces are facing the center or towards each other when you roll the mat. Keep the smooth back towards the bag. It slides in easier that way. Otherwise, keeping the plastic warp that covered the mat and pillow when you first open the product would help to make storing the mat and getting it into the carrying bag easier.

When I read that the eye pillow had a lavender scent to it, I was a bit worried that the scent would be too strong. I'm sensitive to strong perfumy things. It gives me a headache and messes with my sinuses. I was very pleased to find out that the eye mask didn't smell strong. There's is smell. The smell used to give me a headache at first because the smell was stronger when it was first open out of the package. After about a week, the eye mask lost some of the smell. Now, the smell isn't as strong nor does it give me a headache anymore. The mask itself is lightweight and comfortable to hold.

The eye pillow can be heated up for a short time, 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave. Only the inner sack should be heated up. There's a zipper on one end to remove the inner sack.  To cool, remove the inner sack. Put the inner sack in a ziplock baggy and place in the freezer. Once ready, carefully remove the inner sack from the ziplock baggy and place back in the eye mask. To wash the eye pillow, remove the inner sack from the eye mask.

The towel is soft to the touch. It's lightweight and helps absorb moisture. It's soft for a microfiber towel. It can be used to cover the plastic pressure points if they feel too sharp or pointy or it can be used to cover the upper body. Washing can be done by machine washing, but it's recommended not to tumble dry.
The mat and pillow are separate, so you can use either one or both at a given time. The pillow helps hit pressure points on your neck to help relieve headaches and relieve stress. The mat hits many points on our back. The mat does fit the length of my entire back. The mat can also be used for your feet by standing or sitting and putting your feet on the mat. It helps hit pressure points on your feet as well.

The mat and pillow have a velcro opening that you can remove the foam from the cloth casing to be able to wash and care. the mat and pillow is to be washed in cold water with mild detergent and drip dry.

For me, the plastic pressure points aren't too sharp or pointy. At first, you may feel it or if you move around on the mat or pillow. You get used to the points and feeling of laying on them after awhile. It's not the exact same as acupuncture with needles, but it does still help with relaxation and destressing.
