Book Review: Running Into Love

Running Into Love by Aurora Rose Reynolds

Fawn Callaghan has kissed one too many toads and has finally decided that Prince Charming doesn’t exist. After countless mishaps, mistakes, and unmitigated disasters on the dating scene, she’s decided to give up and move on with her life…solo.

Everything changes, however, after Fawn runs into Levi Fremont, a homicide detective new to New York City.

Dedication to the job has rendered Levi’s love life nonexistent—until he moves in next door to the free-spirited Fawn. After a series of comedic run-ins push them together, will they finally give in to the inevitable and realize—maybe—they are perfect for each other?

***REVIEW***
Running Into Love is a very amusing read. I love the plot and the characters.
Fawn Callaghan is a bit of an introvert who isn't interested in the current dating scene. Too many bad dates makes Fawn just want to focus on her career. Fawn is very much in her own head, so she doesn't always notice what's going on around her in her personal life. I love how quirky Fawn can be.

Levi Fremont is very determined and protective. He's very patient and observant when it comes to Fawn, no matter how crazy things get between them or with their family. I just feel like I didn't get to see as much of his personality come to life as Fawn's personality.

I love the interaction when Levi first got introduced to Fawn's sisters. Both of their families are crazy and don't have a filter. It's what made the story so great.
Overall, the story is filled with humor. The main issue I had with the story was how rushed the ending was. I wish there was more to it.

Check out this story on Amazon.

I received this book as an Advance Readers Copy. All opinions are my own.
